Managing Your Lists, Unsubscribes, and Blacklisted Emails
You can manage all your subscribers and email lists in the LISTS tab in your dashboard. This is where you organise contacts, track opt-outs, and handle delivery-related exclusions. Understanding each section helps you keep your database clean and improve email deliverability.

1. Lists
The LISTS section refers to your actual subscriber lists.
- You can create as many lists as you need
- There is no limit on the number of lists you can add
- For monthly plans, your total number of subscribers across all lists must stay within your plan limit
- For Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) plans, there is no subscriber limit
This gives you flexibility to organise your contacts in a way that works for your campaigns.
2. Unsubscribes
This section contains contacts who have chosen to unsubscribe from your emails.
- These subscribers have opted out and cannot be added back manually
- Even if you believe they should still be on your list, their choice must be respected
- To receive emails again, they must resubscribe using your signup or subscription link
This process helps maintain compliance and protects your sender reputation.
3. Blacklisted Emails
Blacklisted emails are addresses that have been blocked from receiving campaigns due to delivery or policy issues.
Common reasons include:
- Hard bounces (invalid or non-existent email addresses)
- Repeated soft bounces
- Other deliverability or system-related issues
These addresses are automatically excluded from future sends to protect your account and improve overall email performance.
Keeping your lists clean and understanding how unsubscribes and blacklisted emails work is key to good deliverability. Regularly reviewing your data helps ensure your campaigns reach the right inboxes and maintain strong sender reputation.
