1. Introduction

Welcome to the Mindvate (Pty) Ltd Affiliate Program! This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Affiliate" or "You") and Mindvate (Pty) Ltd trading as Mail Blaze ("Company," "We," or "Us"). By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Affiliate Program Eligibility

2.1. To become an Affiliate, you must apply and be accepted by Mindvate (Pty) Ltd.

2.2. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Affiliate Program.

2.3. You must have a valid email address and provide accurate and complete information during the application process.

3. Affiliate Commissions

3.1. As an Affiliate, you will earn commissions based on qualified referrals to the Company's services. Commissions will be calculated in accordance with the Commission Structure outlined on our Affiliate Dashboard.

3.2. Commissions will be paid to you in accordance with the payment schedule specified on our Affiliate Dashboard.

3.3. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information in your Affiliate account.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

4.1. You will promote Mindvate (Pty) Ltd's products and services in a truthful and ethical manner.

4.2. You will not engage in any deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical marketing practices.

4.3. You will not bid on Company-branded keywords or engage in any form of trademark infringement.

4.4. You will not use spam or unsolicited email to promote Company products and services.

4.5. You will not engage in activities that could harm the Company's reputation.

5. Termination

5.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the email address provided in your Affiliate account.

5.2. You may also terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time by providing written notice to the Company.

5.3. Upon termination, you will forfeit any outstanding commissions that have not yet been paid.

6. Changes to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by email or through the Affiliate Dashboard. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. During the course of your participation in the Affiliate Program, you may have access to confidential information about the Company and its operations. You agree to keep all such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

7.2. This confidentiality obligation continues even after the termination of your participation in the Affiliate Program.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mindvate (Pty) Ltd trading as Mail Blaze with respect to the Affiliate Program and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
