How to Export All Unsubscribes

Keeping track of unsubscribed contacts helps you stay compliant and understand audience behaviour. Exporting this list gives you a clear record that you can review or store for future use.

Steps to export unsubscribes

From the top menu, click the dropdown next to LISTS then select UNSUBSCRIBES

Click ACTIONS, then choose EXPORT.

Save the file to your device.

You will now have a complete list of all unsubscribed contacts, ready for tracking or analysis.

That’s all you need to do. It only takes a few clicks, and it gives you a useful record of contacts who have opted out. If you review this list regularly, it can also help you improve your email strategy over time.
