Resending your campaign to non-openers

When you’ve sent your campaign there may be instances where you’d like to resend the campaign to the subscribers that haven’t opened your first campaign. To do so is easy and we’ll show you how.

First, you’ll need to make a copy of the campaign you want to resend. You can do so by clicking on the gear dropdown icon as shown and selecting COPY.

Now you can complete the campaign details and design as usual.

TOP TIP: Change your subject line to accommodate for Gmail users that have conversations set up in their inboxes so that the emails don’t stack.

You can also add any additional changes within the campaign that you want.

Now you’ll proceed to the CAMPAIGN CONFIRMATION SECTION .

Click on CAMPAIGN SCHEDULE SETTINGS(under the Advanced Settings Dropdown) and then select Subscribers that UNOPEN or OPEN , select the "Name of the previous campaign" under FOLLOWING CAMPAIGN and then click on SEND CAMPAIGN.

You have now successfully sent a follow up email to subscribers that did not open your chosen campaign.
